ADS Foundation is a not-for-profit organization with over a decade of experience in skill development and employability enhancement. The Foundation is duly registered and holds certifications including MCA registration, 12A, 80G, CSR-1, MSME, and NGO Darpan. With 20,000+ youth, women and working professional trained across diverse sectors, provided employment, Self-employment, transforming lives and empowering communities particularly from rural and underserved communities - through industry-relevant training, employment opportunities, and entrepreneurial support. The Foundation has emerged as a credible & trusted partner of Central & State Government, Corporates, PSUs in promoting inclusive growth and sustainable livelihoods.

What we are?

ADS Foundation has been tirelessly working across India in the domains of skill development and employment generation, reaching a wide network of states - predominantly in the central, western, eastern and northern regions of the country. Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and employability by empowering individuals, particularly those from underprivileged and rural backgrounds, with the right skills to build sustainable livelihoods. Over the years, ADS Foundation has established itself as one of the most trusted and dependable implementation partners for the project execution of Central and State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and leading industries. We have successfully executed a wide range of impactful projects under key areas such as Rural Development, Women Empowerment, Community Upliftment, Livelihood Enhancement, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, all directed toward creating measurable social impact and contributing to nation-building.
