The Office Operations Executive is a generalist who checks and prepares documents and simple correspondence; records work related information and data; maintains filing; handles general inquiries from visitors and clients; receives phone calls and forwards to respective departments after enquiring from the caller; makes calls as per requirements of the work; adheres to workplace health and safety guidelines and works effectively in co-ordination with team in line with professional practices of the workplace.
